In the words of Da Vinci

"Iron rusts from disuse, stagnant water loses its purity and in cold becomes frozen, even so does inaction sap the vigors of the mind."

  1. Interestingly and ironically, the creator of Mona Lisa and the Vitruvian man was himself a prototype chronic procastinator. Although regarded debatably as the most talented man who ever lived, only fifteen paintings are attributed to him to this day!

In the words of Gregory House MD: "Time heals nothing, only action does." Self-pity is a route to unjust self-denial "from happiness."

If it hurts inside, either you can make it go away or it is there to stay. If you can, then get up and do; if you can't, there is no need to sulk if you can't make it go away. Unsmiling will only make it worse.
